This policy states the terms on which an order placed with FODIVO MART SDN BHD 202601030498 (1692593-M) may be cancelled, and it applies to every Customer who has completed a purchase. The Company recognises that circumstances alter after an order has been made.
Cancellation Window
An order may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, and a cancellation made in that period attracts a full refund. Once 24 hours have elapsed cancellation may not be possible, the order having by then been processed or already shipped.
Procedure for Requesting Cancellation
The request proceeds in two stages, in this order:
Notification — the Customer contacts the customer service team immediately, quoting the Order Number.
Verification — the support team examines the status of the order and confirms whether it remains eligible for cancellation.
Refund of an Approved Cancellation
Where a cancellation is approved the refund is issued to the payment method originally used. The Customer should allow 7–14 business days for that refund to be processed and to be reflected in the account.
The Company would far rather be told of a change of mind at once than leave a Customer wondering whether the parcel can still be stopped.
