Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to every order accepted by FODIVO MART SDN BHD 202601030498 (1692593-M) for delivery within Malaysia. It records the processing intervals, the carriage arrangements and the service standards which the Company undertakes to observe, and the Customer is taken to have read it at the point of checkout.

Territories Served

Delivery is offered throughout the country. For the purpose of estimating transit the Company distinguishes two zones, and both lie within the served area:

  • Peninsular Malaysia — no state is excluded.

  • East Malaysia — Sabah & Sarawak alike.

Processing Before Dispatch

An order is prepared for collection within 1–3 business days of being placed, and weekends and public holidays are left out of that reckoning. On dispatch the Company issues a confirmation email to the address held on the order, that message carrying the tracking information for the consignment.

Carriage and Estimated Transit

Overnight and next-day delivery are not offered. The windows tabulated below represent the standard service against which a consignment is to be measured.

ZoneAppointed CarriersIndicative Transit
Peninsular MalaysiaJ&T Express, PosLaju, or equivalent2–5 business days
East MalaysiaPosLaju, GDEX, etc.5–10 business days

Note: the periods stated are estimates. They remain liable to variation on account of courier operations, seasonal holidays or extreme weather conditions.

Carriage Charges

Standard carriage is provided at no cost. The fee is waived in furtherance of the Company’s commitment to value. Where an order constitutes a bulk consignment, or falls under a specialised promotion, a charge may nonetheless be computed at checkout by reference to total weight and destination.

Tracking a Consignment

Tracking becomes available on handover. Once the parcel has passed to the courier partner the Customer receives an email or an SMS setting out a tracking number together with a direct link by which the progress of the package may be monitored in real time.

Nothing above is intended to leave the Customer guessing: the estimates are published precisely so that the progress of an order may be judged against them.
